Order Processing Time

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 5–8 working days depending on your location and courier service availability.
Deliveries to certain regions such as Jammu & Kashmir and North East India may take up to 10 working days.
In rare situations such as high demand, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or product availability issues, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

Delivered but Not Received?

In rare cases, the tracking may show the order as “Delivered” even though you may not have personally received it. Often, the package may have been accepted by:

Family members
Neighbours
Security/reception desk
Office mailroom
Flatmates

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.

We will immediately coordinate with the courier partner and investigate the issue. Genuine cases will be resolved after verification, which may take up to 10 working days.

Please note:

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery notification may be difficult to investigate.
Howbouthat will not be liable for claims reported beyond the mentioned timeframe.
